I have loved my experience with GymGuyz. Its exactly what I needed. They take away the overwhelm of where you should focus and what to do and creat a plan that is step by step. Nathan is patient and has so much knowledge!

I started using Gymguyz the beginning of January, I was looking for more detailed work, having already lost the weight I wanted, I needed to work on select areas, such as balance. My first meet-up with Nate was amazing, he took over an hour to find out where I was in my journey, and wanted to understand exactly what I was wanting. I’ve really enjoyed working out with Kyle!! Nathan got me set up and I’ve just finished my first 4 sessions - and ready to keep it going for the long haul. The accountability and ability to work out in my house is great and I’ve really appreciated the motivation.
