I’ve worked with Brooke with GYMGUYZ for three months, and I wish I could give her more than five stars. A lot more. For thirty years I thought I was doing everything right, but Brooke has taught me that so many of my habits were bad, leading to muscle imbalances and a lack of progress. Brooke Sousa at GymGuyz is absolutely fantastic! She’s worked with my twin boys (12) and myself for the past 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. We are stronger and healthier for having worked with Brooke. Brooke truly cares about her client’s physical wellbeing but more importantly she is fully invested in your mental wellbeing too.

I really loved working with Katie in group workout sessions with my girl friends. She is funny and made our workout sessions interesting by varying them from week to week. I was especially touched when at the end of one of the sessions, she pulled me aside to give me additional tips to help me deal with some back issues I was having. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
