Got a in-home trainer for my parents. Was a struggle getting them to stay active but the in-home aspect has gotten them on the right track. The trainer Mike is really good customizing workouts that work for their ability and age.

Purchased 24 sessions and started working with Neamen to add some muscle and distance on my driver. Seeing gains already and feeling more fit. Works great with my fluctuating work schedule. Highly recommend their sports performance and muscle building program! Will definitely be continuing.

I recently completed 12 sessions with Caleb after a free initial evaluation. He is young(looks younger!) but a very competent trainer. He came to my buildings’ gym in Palm Coast and brought any equipment needed that we do not have. The sessions were rigorous as expected, but fun.
