I’ve been part of the GymCats family for over a year now and honestly I love it!! Charlotte and Jamie truly are the best coaches that I’ve met. I have learnt so much from them and they have helped me improve my all round mobility! I’ve learnt that it’s not all about trying to lift heavy weights but to spend more time stretching and doing movements correctly. Attending weekly strength and conditioning classes has been amazing! Just back from the Monday evening class and felt I had to write this. This evening, I really didn't feel like training - too tired and fed up. If somebody had given me half a chance to duck out of it this evening, I'd have taken it. But the classes at GymCats are so involving and encouraging that after the session I left feeling ten times better than when I arrived.
