A fantastic gym for all of your needs. The gym is rarely full no matter what time you go so there is always equipment available to use. Easy access and parking is also great. Staff are welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere is friendly. Overall a great gym and reasonably priced.

As an older woman, I can honestly say this is the first gym where I've felt completely comfortable, supported and encouraged. The staff are amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping you reach your goals, no matter your age or fitness level. They take the time to explain things and offer modifications when needed. The atmosphere is positive and judgment free, and there's a real sense of community here. I must be one of Gymbo's older customers and started there as part of a recovery programme after serious illness. The trainers are all excellent - attentive, knowledgeable and consistent. I would like to give a special mention to Dan. The facilities are very good, but its the staff that really make it special. I am no longer gym-phobic, thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve just completed the 6-week transformation programme at Gymbos in Sawston and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve lost weight, dropped a dress size, and my clothes now feel and look so much better. On top of that, I feel so much stronger, I’m sleeping well and I’m eating far better than I ever did before.
