Excellent trainers with great knowledge and experience. I am thoroughly enjoying my semi-PT sessions. Plenty of gym equipment and multiple semiPT sessions each day. I fully recommend Gymbos for personal training and semiPT sessions.

Really good value for money, staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend doing Semi-PTs over 1-1s because it's cheaper and you get the same quality session.
As someone who mostly dreads exercise, I am delighted to have found Gymbos. The PTs are brilliant at coaching and coaxing me to build strength and flexibility. The team are helpful, knowldgeable and supportive, and the gym itself has a lovely community feel.
