We had a great car buying experience. Our Sales person Ryan was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He had no problem showing us multiple vehicles and giving us pricing info on both. We did NOT experience any pushy or unwanted sales tactics which we greatly appreciated! We did have quite a long wait for finance to complete our purchase, however they were extremely busy. They lost my sunglasses! If you're reading this post it would be logical to think 'oh, this guy just lost his sunglasses and is trying to blame Hendrick', but seriously, they lost my sunglasses. Robert Dittrich was very helpful in educating me about 4 different Honda vehicles, as I did not have a target car in mind to buy at that time. Once I have determined the car I wanted, pricing negotiation came into play. The sales manager Troy had the generosity to offer me 6 free oil changes if I bought the car at the quoted price. I have declined and shopped around. I have purchased another car with identical options at Curry Honda for $1,400 less and 2 free oil changes. That's why I love this thing called Capitalism.
