I have had my Accord serviced here since purchasing it from KAR Atlanta. The service I have received has never disappointed.

Service has always been lovely there. Denis O'Conner is excellent in his knowledge and in his customer care skills. My car is 1j998 Odyssey and I love her. She and I transport stuff all over the place with ease. Also he doesn't pressure me to buy a new car and likes to help me take care of her. He knows that I like to keep her up to date on maintenance and keeps me informed on what the next items are to check on in the future.
Spent all day in Atlanta trying to find the best deal on a Honda Pilot. The very last stop at Gwinnett Honda is where we found the best deal. Thank you for working with us and for the great deal on our new Pilot. The sales person and experience was excellent.
What a fantastic business! Service department is awesome. I emailed the service manager with a request and within a few minutes received a call directly from Kam Cheung! I was assigned Jeff Hawes as my service advisor for my 2017 Ridgeline. He was awesome. Everything about this dealership is first class from the personal attention to the workmanship and the appearance of the facility. This dealership "gets it"! Well-deserved 5 Star rating!
