I love how you get 1 person to help you the whole time. Rudy sent me a text and then I got a ride to the mall. I walked around for awhile. I texted Rudy to come back and got a call right away. I never had any problems with the service department.
Nice physical plant, and easy to access. But their sales practices are exactly the reason I - and many others - hate having to buy a car. I gave them a reasonable amount I would pay for the car. They came back with, supposedly, the bottom line they could sell the car for. If that was their best offer, that's fine.... Didn't make me mad. I understand business and profit margins, etc. But don't start then trying to browbeat me and get me to pay just a few hundred dollars more! I walked.... And always will.... I drove into the service center with no appointment, I needed a battery for my car and had little time because, I needed to get to work. Well the service agent listened to my concerns and worked me in right a way. The service manager very caring and understanding GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took my 2013 Honda Crosstour in to Gwinnett Place Honda on 12/15. I had just had my windshield replaced and I needed to have a calibration for FCW and LFW. I had been quoted an outrageous price by another Honda dealership. I ended up getting the windshield replaced at "The Glass Doctor" for a very reasonable price.
