Went for routine oil change. Rudy greeted me as I arrived, filled out info on his computer, and took me to the waiting area. The service was prompt, Rudy let me know that they also checked my tires, fluid levels, etc. I was on my way quicker than expected. Prompt , courteous, and efficient. Thanks to all.
My experience with Gwinnett Place Honda was exceptional when dealing with Bruce. Bruce kept me updated on every aspect of what was going on with my vehicle. I have nothing but praise for his outstanding customer service.
Had a great experience with their service staff! Shanae in accessories and Jeffrey my service manager explained everything well and everything ran on time.
Less than 1 year ago they replaced my driver side window regulator and motor and today same issue- not covered under warranty. Shoddy workmanship at the least should have gotten me at least a full year! 😱

Though I have had some disappointment in the mechanicals of our 2013 Odessey (rear shocks, front hub bearings and cv axels before all before 80k), GP Honda has always given great service. I'll go back for our next Honda.
