I was pleased with Gwinnette Place Honda's Collision center. They were very helpful with my repair for my claim. The person who hit me, had Progressive insurance, beware!! Progressive tries to low ball the damage, & quote on used parts! The Collision center has dealt with this before and handled all the necessary changes to the original low offer. My car is back to new thanks Gwinnett Place Honda Collision Center!
I was very pleased with the service I received at the collision center. The repair work I needed was completed ahead of schedule and both my case manager and the onsite rental company worked directly with the responsible party’s insurance company directly so there was never any billing issues. After having some not so great experience with other Honda dealers in Atlanta, we could not be more pleased with our experience with Gwinnett Place. The purchasing process was easy and when we later needed service, the customer service was exceptional. Thanks to Brandon for a great job explaining what we needed. We never felt taken advantage of or up-sold. They simply wanted to provide the care that was needed and the prices were reasonable.
I work in the area and always bring my 2010 CRV in for service. The staff is always helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. At my recent visit, My Nguyen carefully explained the multi-point inspection and was professional and knowledgeable. Always a favorable experience with Gwinnett Place Honda, especially with the earlier air bag recall. I am trading my 2010 in later this year for a new CRV and I will definitely start the process at GPH.

Such an outstanding experience. My first time coming here to bring my new and new 2017 accord for her first oil change. I had top notch exprerience. Adnan, my service advisor went above and beyond to make certain that i had a great Honda experience & that i did!!! I will definitely make the drive for all future visits!!!!
