This past Saturday, we were “only looking,” but because Chris offered us a fair deal, we ended up buying 2 new CRVs! There was little negotiation and none of the “runaround” that too often occurs at dealerships (did anyone else see the hilarious car buying scenes in the movie “Fargo?” ��). In 2016, we had a similar positive experience when we bought our 2016 CRV at Gwinnett Place Honda. A+ rating!
I set an appointment to look at a used vehicle and was told that it was out of state. So disappointed in how they are trying to get people through the door. They should be ashamed of their antics
I’ve had my Accord serviced here a number of times and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Ali is my favorite service advisor and he always makes sure my Accord is taken care of. On my most recent visit, CJ was my advisor and he was great as well. So I appreciate the great service.
First service for new 2017 CRV with 15k miles and Service Dept scratched the paint and dinged the door while being serviced. When we showed Jae Kim the service manager the damage that happened while in their possession we were told they are not responsible. Additionally, on inspection, after arriving home, the engine air filter compartment was not closed/secured and bouncing in the engine compartment.
Third car I have bought from Maury Courtney. He is amazing. They are great to work with.
