Absolute Top Company. We hired GV Property Solutions to replace our radiators. They were brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. They completed the work to a high standard, on time, on budget and left no mess. They completed the work whilst we were away on holiday and left everything as they found it. We would highly recommend anyone after work doing to consider GV Property Solutions.

We couldn't recommend GV Property Solutions more highly. Gavin is friendly and knowledgeable, with an incredible eye for detail. Everything was clearly communicated and Gavin is passionate about what he does. The work has been completed to an exceptional standard and we'll definitely be using Gavin and his team for any future work. So glad to have finally found a trustworthy and reliable builder. Highly recommended.

We would give 10 stars if we could! An fantastic service from start to finish. Gavin was extremely good at explaining all the options, his work is an excellent standard and he tries hard to minimise the impact of the work on daily life. He is also very knowledgable and able to carry out multiple types of services. We look forward to working with him again on other jobs to refurbish our house. Highly Recommended! :-)

I have had floors installed by GV and they've done a really tiny professional job. Its not been easy working around Covid and they've been very professional keeping me up to date with any issues. Very happy with the work from start to finish. Thank you.

We were recommended GV Property Solutions via the Winsford group on Facebook and we can see why they're so well thought of! Brilliant service from Gavin and the team throughout. We really appreciated Gavin's honesty when looking at the job and letting us know realistically the best options for us. He was efficient and communicated well with us prior to and during the job. Very reasonably priced, efficient and would definitely recommend. We already have our next job lined up for the team!
