This is most awful customer service I have ever experienced. I had ordered 2 pair of earrings 2 months ago with the advance of payment. They promise to sent the order with in 10-15 days. But They didn’t sent any details or ongoing updates regarding my order I had to contact them multiple times via phone call and messages through viber and instagram but nothing was updated like they have disappeared.
