Excellent customer service, great selection, and ongoing promotions. I got a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta - Wolfsburg Edition which I have had since the end of November of 2017. Many thanks to the fantastic staff at Gunther Volkswagen!
I installed a new battery for my old volkswagen cabrio. After changing batteries in this car, you have to do something to enable the car to run again. Could not remember what. Called the dealer and they wanted me to pay to tow it in, pay $99 to diagnose it, then pay for a repair, which essentially was holding in a certain button. Finally figured it out myself. I also know the starter is going. Asked how much for a new one and they would not give me a price. No price, no business from me.
Let me tell you, I am beyond thrilled I do not have to drive to delray to service my car. The service department has been nothing short but fantastic and always makes sure the car is perfect, plus they take time to explain what exactly they have done before I pull alway. I have been a Gunther customer for almost 20 years and look forward to doing more business together in the future.
If you are in the market for a VW, come see Gunther, I drove 50 miles from Miami. This is my 2nd car I buy from here! Dealer FEE are $699, save Money!!
Their constant Google SPAM on my phone sucks. My mother used to work for them in Hollywood, oh the horror stories I heard.
