As Dealership, they are good. As a representative of VW,, they have problems. I was told that my EOS with 68,000 miles has oil leaks that cost over $2000 to repair and that oil leak ruined my water pump which is under warranty, but they won't replace. That is a lie! I am 2x Certified Master ASE technician. The oil leak did not cause a water pump failure which VW agreed to re-pay for services in a class action lawsuit. Sales staff helpfulness even after the sale
Sales is great, however service stinks!!!! If you call them; don’t expect a call back. I have gone so far as to speak with the GM of the dealership. Said he would get back to me and it’s been two weeks. They’ll sell you a car; but if you have a service issue, good luck
