The service department need a lot of improvement or more persons to work with the volume of vehicles that they received daily and short personal working, the service is terrible with appointment, I can imagine walk-ins. And if you call the operator don’t have any idea or information about what’s going on. They call you and when you call back they transfer to a voice mail and didn’t call you. When I pick up my car after two days in the dealer for a recall and a miscellaneous work they don’t even wash the car like before. What... read more
I’m very pleased with their complete service. My a/c problem was diagnosed and corrected. My car was returned to me cleaned also. Always great service.
