Although the car purchasing experience was great, when I went back for service and recalls it was unorganized and terrible customer service. Appointment was for Thursday, told they would have to keep overnight, car was not taken in to be looked at until Monday. Was told late Monday it would 100% be ready Tuesday morning. Car was. It ready until end of business Wednesday. Calls were never returned from service manager or director. Was never given any insight as to when or why car was taking so long. Scheduled my 20,000 miles service because the service notice light on the Dashboard comes up to me everyday as soon as I start the car. I drove 40 miles from South Miami to Coconut Creek and spent 3 hours of my day for nothing and the Gunther operator refused to do the service because the car was 19,500 miles. That's ridiculous! The car battery has not been working properly for a week and it was refused to change it for a new one because they told me there was any battery there! RecommendedI recently took my Passat for service and Norman was my service advisor. The service was professionally done and Norman was very attentive and kept in touch with me throughout the day. I have always had good experiences at Gunther of Coconut Creek and this is my 4th car I have leased/purchased through them. I will always give Gunther my highest recommendation!
