I am not pleased with my vehicle. Have had issues with loud rattle from rear which has not been rectified . Car has been in for service . Noise still there. I need a loaner to take it back in and none have been available for over a week. Poor service experience. Unrelated to the man who helped us ,Norman Douglas.
The service manager Steve was very detailed and took care of everything need. He reminded me to use a coupon that I have for a 30,000 mile service. Really appreciated his help.
