I am not pleased with my vehicle. Have had issues with loud rattle from rear which has not been rectified . Car has been in for service . Noise still there. I need a loaner to take it back in and none have been available for over a week. Poor service experience. Unrelated to the man who helped us ,Norman Douglas.
