RecommendedI had a problem after Buying a Passat 2017 certified just Two weeks ago. Larry The advisor went out if his way to have it ready same day. I only wish people who drives our cars always wear masks. They are way to relax, as if they are immune. When I went to pick up my car the guy Driving it was without a mask or gloves in my car. I sat there for 4 hours when you knew I was waiting to have a basic first service. I find this to be very rude. If they knew it was a 4 hour wait they should have let me know prior to sitting there for 4 hours. Terrible customer service. Also they never came to me and let me know the status of the service. I had to ask after hours of waiting. Not right

Love the terrific customer service from sales ... George Copa to service... I forgot the service person who helped me, I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and personable service.
Go see Emmanuel for any test driving and browsing. He never made me feel pressured and didn’t talk my ear off about cars like most salesman do. He just let me test drive a million cars, ask questions, and helped me then make a decision with no intimidation. My wife went to the dealership before me for a few hours to look around and test drive and she said the same. He’s just a really great guy. When I called I asked how long will it take to address this recall, I was told one hour and if I made an appointment I could wait for my car . When I arrived I was told by the advisor who signed me in that I would be there about three hours, with no other plans made I was forced to stay and wait, it actually did take the full three hours and I had to go up to the desk and ask if my car was ready after waiting over three hours and I was told it was that left me wondering how long it was sitting there before anyone notified me... read more
The customer service was excellent, the sales consultant Sal Seruya took his time to help me with all my inquiries. A very pleasant experience.
