This dealership is committed to taking care of their customers! I was a bit disappointed when I came in for my first visit only to find out that the part needed for my car was not in and I would need to reschedule. When the part came in and I had my second appointment, they installed it quickly and they even filled up my gas tank for me to compensate for the inconvenience of having to come twice. That made a strong impression :-)
First, I want to say that Larry in the service department did an excellent job insuring that my 2017 Passat was fully serviced, and done so within a reasonable timeframe. The communication was consistent and timely, and he was proactive in getting parts replaced that I had initially not intended to have done. Awesome dealership to work with, a true family atmosphere. From the time that my wife and I walked in, to the time deal was completed the experience was smooth. Our salesman Jorge was very accommodating, took his time to work the best deal. Nicole, made the finance part, effortless and most important stress free.
