What a horrible experience. Stay away from vw coconut creek unless you want stress and bad customer service. Once they have your money they dont care about the customer. Spoke to the general manager and completely useless in fixing the situation.

This is my place to buy a car for the last 15 years. We bought 14 cars from them Jorge Copa is our salesman I only need to call him and my car is waiting outside clean and ready to go home. He is the best. Service people also are very good specially Patty she is always ready to help ( even though we miss Schelly very much) thank you for my new beetle I'm in love with him
