I went yesterday to bring in my mom's car at Volvo and just stopped in at Volkswagen to look around. Was in the market for a car, but wasn't expecting to buy. I was greeted so nicely by everyone there. They showed me around the showroom where I saw the cutest Volkswagen Beetle(Dune). I'm now a proud owner of that car!! Thanks to Robert Klein, Sam Balkiss and Larson Ennai. They truly made the experience perfect!! I also received a follow up call this morning from Larson. Thank you all for a wonderful car buying experience.

From start to finish, they did a great job of walking my daughter through the selection and purchase of her first new car. Reasonable pricing, great customer service = a very good experience.
2015 Passat, been there twice for 20k and 30k service. David has taken great care of me and each time found coupons that I didn't know about to reduce the cost of my service. 30k service, the tech saw an oil leak near the trans, and proceeded to drop the trans, replace the rear main seal, test drive it, and manage to wash it - all in under 6 hours. They will get my business for the rest of my life.
