I was at Gunther Volkswagen today and I wrote a very good review because my service was terrific but I can't find it o that was Facebook ok I'll copy and paste it it's always a good time at Gunther Volkswagen from the GM to the service department to Patty selling me t shirt to the reception area. Just an all around great dealership with great cars. great service I'm always a happy customer and this is my fourth VW.
Thank you Rob, Ivan and Nicole! We received the BEST service from Gunther Volkswagen on Sunday. The car I wanted was not in stock, Rob, the GM called to have the car transported to his dealership. They were all professional, courteous, and wonderful. They did not pressure or upsell throughout my visit. Once we received the car the SD was missing, Ivan, Car Specialist personally gave us an extra SD card instead of having us drive back for it. Sergio the dealer was great ! Found me the car I wanted over the phone before I even got to the dealership. I got there, test drove the car and traded in the old car I was driving for a good price. It made the whole experience easy and comfortable.
Awful. Do not get any kind of warranty work done here.
