During the past 6 weeks my family has purchased two brand new, VW Passat's Limited Edition. James Barash completed both sales. He was professional, very helpful and was never pushy. We had a great experience both times and would highly recommend this dealership.
Just purchased a brand new Passat. James Barrish was FANTASTIC. This is actually the second Passat I bought from him, and the service only got better. I was in and out in 45 minutes. It just doesn't get any better than Gunther VW. Also got to meet the GM who was more than happy to sit with me and talk about why I love VW. Amazing experience.
Don't take your car here for service or warranty. Their tech Kevin Crook is both malicious and incompetent. The service manage David Klaus is ride and cares little about customer service. I have bought multiple cars from Gunther dealerships and VW, but never again will I buy either.
This dealership n volk wager are amazing. Had issue with transmission n needed an oil change. They hooked me up with an awesome lowner n let me keep it longer due to my work I could not make it back on time. Customer service amazing.

Their service department makes you sign something stating they are not responsible for items left in your car so the employees can steal from you. I picked up my car today and it was completely ransacked and they took all my loose change and some other stuff. Didn't even put anything back to make it look like they didn't do it. Completely unacceptable. My advice- clean out your car before you bring it there. Also check your bill because they like to charge for services they didn't do!!
CPO Salesman: decent man. Finance rep: likable. Management & overall buying experience: negative & unsettling. Buy elsewhere.
This place is to be avoided at all costs! Do not believe anything the service advisors tell you, they are not to be trusted with your car.
