The way Glen sales rep solved my needs and concerns. I told him what I wanted, he had to do a little looking around, because I knew what I wanted to pay and where I wanted to be when buying a car that I like. He also took c/o my concern with dropping off my Lease RAV 4 to Big AL around the corner. Him and Finance got pretty much what I wanted. At end of walking out with My 2016 Volkswagen Passatt, a free t-shirt, car matts, and key 2 key chains
What a great experience! Walked in and met Tony Quercia, he let me look around, then answered all of my questions. This was the easiest and least stressful purchase I have ever made. The entire team worked together to get me what I needed. I am so happy with my new VW Tiguan and the entire experience at Gunther.
Excellent Service, in and out in less than 45 minutes. Paperwork was ready for me to sign, Ed sent me the credit application online, I texted him all my info, always felt like I was chatting with a friend. Outstanding!!! Text with questions after the fact he always replied within minutes.
