Saturday I was serviced by Felicia Aragon and her service was above and beyond! Great customer service; 5 out of 5 stars! TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!
We believe there was a miscommunication between my wife's car and that of another customer. My wife was handed pictures of someone's worn out tires to be stated that my wife needed new tires and the agent was attempting to make an unneeded customer sale. We do need tires, but the pic depicted someone else's tires severely worn out with tread tears. When wife came home and gave me the news (insult), I went to the garage to check the tires, they were different tires and not my wife's. We will not be returning to Gunn Nissan.
