It was quick considering what time I checked in was kind of a busy time. It was great overall.
March 2019, I drive my vehicle in with MAF sensor issues according to autozone. After having it evaluated by Gunn and being told my 2014 Sentra needs a new CVT transmission I decide to wait to make my decision about the repair. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Hilary and John were very professional and accommodating and the process took only a couple hours. That’s the least amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership! I was even able to sell one car and trade in another at the same place.
This dealership was AWESOME! My contact, Louis, was on top of my repairs right away and kept me informed! I went in w my transmission slipping and it was just out of warranty. Nissan paid for all parts and repairs & I picked up my car within a week! I am so happy! 😃
