I purchased my Nissan in April. I Brought my SUV in to Gunn Nissan because my key fob was losing connection and not starting my SUV right away. Turns out it was issues with the power codes which they reset along with replacing a bad key fob battery. I happened to mention glitches in my radio which they checked out. Well my radio system gave them a reading it needed to be replaced. No questions asked they replaced my entire touch screen radio system! I am very happy with my new purchase of a 2019 Kicks. I am quite disappointed in my trade in value though. I received $ 12,000 for my 2015 Juke Nismo only to find out 3 days later that it is being offered for sale for $ 16,500. Needless to day, this will be my last purchase from Gunn Nissan.

buying a car for the second time with them was great but when it comes to car maintenance and ordering and such....totally unleaded. I had to call several times to check on parts which are never there when they which leads to me wasting gas to drive to San Antonio...never seems to get better in this area.
