Good people they take care of their customers
Poor customer service. I brought my car in on Saturday for 4 services ( oil change, tire rotation, throttle body system cleaning, and an inspection). I also had 2 coupons from their website for $10 off the oil change and $10 off the throttle body system cleaning. Before I left I verified the services they had me down for and the coupons. Everything checked out. I get a call to come get my car. I go in to pay look at the receipt and noticed the tire rotation wasn’t on there. This is the third car I have bought from a Gunn dealership. The people are very helpful and patient with you. I highly recommend buying a car from them. They helped me out a lot. My salesman was very nice and helpful. He got me what I wanted at the right payment.

I am always very happy with the service I receive at Gunn Nissan. My vehicle has had some minor issues and I have always had them taken care of. I always request John Vasques as my customer care tech. He is very attentive and treats me like a friend. LC is also very helpful and attentive as he stepped in for Mr Vasques while he had to attend a meeting. Returning as needed. Hands down the best car buying experience EVER!! Shane was my sales guy, he was the BEST!! He actually seemed to know the difference in all the makes & models there was no bs with him. I had a TERRIBLE experience at World Car Nissan I'm so thankful for Gunn Nissan and Shane!! Without a doubt recommend!! The whole staff treats you with respect and like your family!
