I needed to trade in my car for a small SUV but, was up in NY and really did not want to give up my car. I contacted Gunn and was put in touch with Jorge and we were able to work out a deal regarding a new 2019 Murano. Although I think his manager could have worked out a tow hitch for me considering I drove all the way from NY to get this particular car 🤔 Jorge was great and very patient! I've been taking my Nissan's to Gunn for over 6 years. excellent communication every time, reasonable rates, and friendly staff make it an easy decision to get my appointment setup without worrying if I'm making the right decision. highly recommended.
Had a positive experience with the service department. John Vasquez did a great job of correlating the problems I had been having to a specific sensor. He kept me updated and the vehicle was fixed promptly just in time for our trip to Gardner. Highly recommend.
Travis and his team, located the problem and even alerted me about a recall on my car I knew nothing about and also took care of that as well..excellent service 410 and Broadway Thank you ....
