Seriously #gunnnissan, when I tell you we watched your mechanic take the lugnuts off all my tires, check the tread on all my tires, take one tire off then walk away for 30 minutes only to come back, stand on his phone for 5 minutes to then put the one tire back in the same spot, that is not a tire rotation. Then when I tell your service representative what we witnessed with our eyes only to have her go speak with him and come back to tell me that he said he did the duration and and she trusts him and state he said he'll rota... read more
Travis, my advisor was the best ever. I am very skeptical because of situations I have been through in the past with another Nissan service center. Travis was upfront and from the beginning made me feel like he was going to look out for me not take advantage. I will keep going to him specifically for the life of my vehicle.
I have using Gunn for about 5 years and I usually am very happy with the service department. They always take care of any issues. I would recommend anyone to take advantage of their facility
Louis Contreras was great! He updated me about my car when it was in the shop. When my car stayed in the shop an extra day he put me in a comfortable rental without hassle (which I have received in the past). Highly recommend Louis. If I ever have any trouble with my car he’s who I’m calling!
