I had an appointment for an oil change on March 16, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. and had to wait 4 hours! Then they they didn't even give me the car wash. When I finally had enough I asked for the service manager and he was never to be found. They did wash my car but my 7 year old neighbor's kid could have done a better job. Then to top things off they didn't even put the next time oil change due sticker on the window. Our salesman "Buck" was to notch in finding what we were looking for and making sure it was available for us. never felt pressured or rushed. He stayed in contact with us though the entire process. The purchasing process was super easy and fast. There's a reason why Gunn is a top rated dealer!
