I don’t recommend this Nissan place for nothing. I had got a flat tire in my 2015 Nissan Frontier so I went that same weekend to get my tire fixed that I have warranty for and they told me I couldn’t get it fixed Bc the company they work with doesn’t work on weekends and that I needed to come back during the week. So on Presidents’ Day I was off so I took it and the service guy told me they couldn’t fix it again Bc it was a holiday and the company doesn’t work on holidays. Boy was I upset. I feel like I am treated honestly and with respect. Service has been great. On time and explain anything they need to do. They don’t try to sell me things I don’t need.
Efficient, friendly and helpful! I appreciated the fact that my service advisor knew exactly what I was wanting to do and did not try to sell me on things I might need to do a little bit later. They quickly communicated to me the issue with my battery and on my approval, got to work on the car. Just a short time later, they called to let me know my car was ready for pick up.
