Stay away from Gunn and they’re awful lies and deception. I had nothing but issues with them the biggest being they said we had a deal lined up and asked to to apply for financing because that’s all we were waiting on but the car was “mine”. After running my credit and letting them know I had my approval and was heading that way from houston while I was out of town and rush I rushed back early to get this done and right as I get in town they tell me it’s sold. Very friendly staff, keep you informed as work is being done. Comfortable waiting room. You periodically receive coupons for different services, plus you accrue points to redeem on future services. Very satisfied.

The entire staff is friendly, they have excellent customer service. I’ve been using Gunn Nissan for over 4 years and they’ve always been able to provide me with what I need. Although waiting times can be long they always make sure their customers are taking care off. They offer wi-fi , food and shuttles.
