On 12/7, I purchased a vehicle from Gunn. The sales process was good, but I am now having problems with the car. I am not liking the responses I am getting so far. Hopefully the dealership can make it better.

I am very disappointed in Gunn. I have been going there for years with my services. I recently needed something repaired. The guy who ordered the part and gave me the quote no longer is employed there. I called gunn to see if my part had came in that how how I found he was not no longer employed there. So I was told that I have to go back in get another quote which doesn't make sense since hello my part is there that was ordered the first time I went to go get the quote. now the weather is getting cooler and I have no heatin... read more

everyone on your staff was amazing at meeting my special needs. the salesman worked very hard at metting my needs in a SUV at the right price. I am very disappointed that you offer water in plastic bottles and do not RECYCLE.
