This dealership always delivers when they say they’re going to deliver they try to keep the weight time to a minimum and if they can accommodate you sooner they do that’s what I like about Gunn will always go back and I will always recommend

Service and quality at Gunn Chevrolet is horrible. They kept my car for a day and a half which is not a huge deal but I was give an excuse after excuse after excuse. They made it seem like they were looking at my vehicle when actually no one touched it for a day and a half. They do not care. This is the only place I've taken my vehicle they have lost my business. You just simply don't lie to customers,

What makes the difference nowadays is customer service and attitude. Since competition is fierce and are many choices out there. It was excellent from Cody Nuckols

The Service Advisor should be more proactive in letting the Customer know the status of their vehicle. This was the first time we had to call the Service Advisor concerning the status of my vehicle other wise the experience was great. The Service Advisor who helped me is not listed below. His name was Mike I guess he is a new Service Advisor.

My sales man Rob was an absolute professional. From start to finish Rob, was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. There wasn’t an instance where I felt he wasn’t prepared for this transaction. I would love to do business with Gunn, and in particular Rob. I was completely Satisfied
