Everything was ok. They used my sons account instead of my own. Jo Landa. My floor on driver side had black stains on carpet and something black on my door when I got my truck. Micheal did get it cleaned up but not after a disagreement of how it got there. Made me feel uncomfortable and I will not be going back.

Sherry refused to transfer my call to the service manager, Matt. My vehicle was kept for approximately 3 days, I wasn’t provided a rental or loaner under my manufacture warranty; I was left without transportation. I have questions that couldn’t be answered; I’m still waiting for a follow up call with that information.

Really good overall experience. Went in to look at & possibly finance one of the cheapest used cars on the lot, but salesman Vince Gray treated me like I was there for a brand new one. Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Trent was amazing he was extremely helpful with always on top of things made everything so painless and smooth. But then we had to work with the finance lady Matty and she was not very friendly we had already gotten preapproved and finalized everything with the bank all we had to do was sign a few things with her concerning our titles she was very rude to me but extremely friendly to my husband. So that was very disappointing
