Overall a very pleasant experience. Sales personnel and staff were friendly, courteous and informative. Vehicle purchase process was professional, prompt and relatively painless. Would return and do it again in a heartbeat.

I asked for an estimate of some work to be done in my car. By the time to pick up my car I asked again and I was told to bring it in another time to check my car and tell me how much will be.

Took three hours for a simple oil change. I was very disappointed. The staff was friendly, but very inconvenient and I even had an appointment.
