I bought my 2014 Chevy Silverado in October 2014. This is the 4th Chevy pickup truck I’ve purchased over the years. Gunn’s service department is second to none. My truck was brought in for Standard maintenance and after 15 min I remembered my trucks digital console alerted me that it could not find remote. My truck only has 19567 miles and I ask them to take a look at it. When my oil change was completed they told me I had to make a separate appointment to have my remote fixed. I travel 1 hour to come to Gunn Chevy. So I was not satisfied. It appears the service department is more focused on procedures than on customer issues.
