Never a disappointment at Gunn Chevrolet. Brought my Malibu in for a pretty extensive warranty repair. They were out of loaners, but made sure I got a loaner anyway within minutes of dropping off. Cindy, Charles, and Stephan were excellent and gave me status updates through out the duration of the repair. My car was delivered back to me in excellent condition, washed and vacuumed/cleaned thoroughly. Much appreciated.

Everyone was nice, job was done fine but two plus hours for an oil change ? That’s what keeps people from bringing their vehicle to dealerships. Otherwise good experience.

I Have Worked in The Service industry for 14 years and have alot off experience in customer service This Service Department does not have the communication skills im use too working with im very dissatisfied with this Dealership in the Service Department with all the problems I had not once did the Service Mgr Matt Call I Had to Deal with the GM Ed Which Was Some what Helpful but still the fact remains is im not happy at all I was even in the market off buying a 50k vehicle from this place well not anymore not from my person... read more
Great service and quick ! Very professional! Drive up to get an oil change at 10am and I was out by 11:25am and very clean wait room

Very upset with them ,i just bought an expensive truck a week a go and already had it serviced twice payed out of my pocket.
