I was looking for a new vehicle. The salesperson (Daniel Evans) was very professional and stayed till closing time when I received my new car.

As an X military, efficient operations are paramount in my opinion. I have in the past walked out of dealerships who are not courteous, too pushy or not smoothly run. At Gunn Chevrolet I received excellent, courteous service from Alicia my sales person and expedient service from the sales manager and financial. I will recommend this dealership to friends!

I dropped in to parts/service to buy a spare key fob and I figured I’d have to schedule a appointment to have it programmed. I had less than a hour before I had to be somewhere up the road. They were able to delete the fob programmed in my 2013 corvette that had been drowned in my clothes washer and reprogram the new fob and another I was using as key #1 and #2 so I could store all the preset options that were lost when my formerly key #1 was ruined. Engine light came on called to make an appointment told which date would be better to have a loaner in case repair took too long. Did worked out great!

Attention to detail is non-existent...no quality assurance I don’t feel I can rely the service department to do a thorough job. Tire
I had a coupon for 50% of oil, tire rotation, a car wash and vacuum. The only thing done was the oil change I think??? This is the first time I leave unhappy, not only waiting for my truck but no one told me it was ready. I been a long time customer of Gunn and it looks like y’all made changes I’m not happy with..
Great service as usual.we bought a few vehicles from Gunn already. Best part is the one simple price. Ask for bill, he made the deal quick and simple.
