I have no problem with the dealership just the way my truck was returned to me after the oil change! There were oily smudges in three places on the outside of the door, a large oily smudge on the driver’s arm rest which got transferred to my shirt! I pointed this out to a service writer and he was apologetic and offered to have it wiped off but I was way to upset and wanted to leave! Eric was great to deal with could not have asked for better service once he was assigned to me. However getting to talk to a service team member was a pain I believe I talked to two different people from a foreign country who were not employees of Gunn then I called the actual dealership again and asked to be placed on hold until a service team member could speak. No oil chng sticker. No insp report. Waited 1hr55m for 28 min ser. Out 1244.

We were from out town and our brakes went out. Brought the Tahoe in to the service department and Eric Sanchez was very helpful and explained every thing to us. He told us what it could be and that Chevy had extended the warranty on the vacuum pump. Then offered us a ride to our granddaughter soccer game.
