From start to finish professional all around! Michael the employee that checked me in took his time explaining every aspect of the process and even called me to let me know about the life of my oil. When I told him that I had just had it changed a week ago and that they didn't reset the oil life counter, he offered to reset it...that's customer service right there. Thank you Michael and the entire Gunn Chevrolet staff!
