Scott Shepherd and Gunn Chevrolet were extremely helpful and courteous when looking for a new vehicle. Scott was able to send me pictures of a Blazer they had on the lot before I even had to travel to their dealership. Once there, Scott was able to show us the vehicle and took us on a test drive. The whole process was fairly quick and we are very happy with our new Blazer. Thanks, Scott Shepherd and Gunn Chevrolet!

This is an update to previous review It was bad enough when I came in and was told I needed work done on my car, but to have them not secure the splash guard to where it came loose and started dragging on one side and part broke off while on a trip, is ridiculous. I will now need to spend additional money replacing a part your technician didn’t fully secure. When I lived in Houston and took my car to the dealership for service, I didn’t have these problems. Their service department is one of the best I’ve used! They are very honest, friendly, helpful, and awesome customer service! After my 1st visit, my service advisor Alyssa, remembered my name, my car, etc. So refreshing! Highly recommend Gunn, and Alyssa! She rocks!

Took my 2016 Chevy Suburban in for service repair. My assigned technician Paul was good. Paul displayed tremendous flexibility to get me in, even though my appointment made through Chat fell through; thank, Paul!!! I do, however, have an issue with Gunn a support infrastructure, i.e. chat,messaging, etc. I called several times to get status update and could never get through. Gunn service center always shows great professionalism and speed at every visit / service. It cost me an extra $41 to get the tow truck to drop off my vehicle at Gunn and it was worth it!
