Worst service ! !! Been calling all day no answer, our truck there 2days no contact from service dept. Received vague text messages, with no estimate, just keeps stating I don’t know. Unacceptable that no one answers the phone at service or sales? So dissatisfied with the treatment, sorry we took our truck here!

Found the Jeep. Quick negotiation. Bought the Jeep. Jacob and crew got me in and out in RECORD short time. Saturday morning and I made it to granddaughters party ON TIME. They busted their bottoms and got it done. Squeaky clean vehicle. Tank full of gas. Excellent lenders and choices. The finance guy Josh actually shopped for me for the best rate even though I was pre approved with local bank. That IS SERVICE folks!

The sales associate was very customer oriented when we were looking at vehicles and opened up and drove one before a purchase. We selected one off the lot, dark ash metallic and upon looking at the vehicle my wife and I noted some yellow on passenger exterior mirror which we thought was from a butterfly/bug strike. While going through paperwork for purchase, the finance person told us we should invest in a service contract promoted by the dealership and told us it would only add 20 dollars to the payment.
