The worst dealership service department I’ve ever encountered. 1st problem had a service done a while ago on my duramax and a week later was two whole quarts low! I figuered it was a simple mistake and reluctantly forgot about it. Second problem was today, Took duramax in for low coolant light. Service tried to sell me a $300 ac service, two batteries for $681.00, and a $30 battery terminal cleaning instead of fixing the problem I went to them for. Came to Gunn to get my Jeep appraised. The wait was 20 minutes so I decided to browse the lot. Seen a Honda that I was interested in test driving, asked Trent the car appriser to test drive the vehicle. He sent out Mike who came out, we showed him the vehicle and he said he would be back with the keys. Trent came out and discussed numbers, which was still at KBB.
