The service department is awesome! They are so kind, offer great customer service, very informative and provide answers great customer experience. However, the sales people-from the day I bought the car, to each time I’ve been back to have the car serviced, do not seem to care about customer experience. I walk in the door and see sales guys talking to each other, notice me, and let me wander around until I find someone to ask for help. The Acura service center proactively called me to inform of a safety recall and gave an appointment within days. While waiting they took care of the issue to my satisfaction. After moving to Denville area this is my second visit to this Acura service center. I will certainly be a repeat customer!
Very neat, clean, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Dealership followed with all recall work needed promptly.
The staff was very friendly, the waiting area accommodating and I like that my car was vacuumed and washed after service was completed.
Very friendly and honest staff who were willing to listen to my many many questions w/o losing their patience. Bernardo was a kind and helpful salesman and we actually paid a little more than elsewhere because of it was clear it was a trustworthy place to deal with. Frankie is also a very thoughtful GM. The salesman was great Bernardo very easy to work with very friendly and upfront. The finance guy did not seem very interested. He handed me the paperwork without explaining anything thankfully, I knew what I was signing. I think there was an issue because I had previously bought a warranty from a different company. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Bernardo to my friends.
The service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Elite Acura to anyone. Also the customer service representative was wonderful.
