Will is awesome! I was originally communicating with Coby, when I started thinking about a new Acura. Coby was with another customer, so I was introduced to Will. He was very patient and knew more about the TLX than I ever dreamed. We settled on the Advanced Package and a special protective coating. The only downside was that our wait time was not a couple of hours, but turned into 6-6 1/2 hours to get our car. Service Visit I had my Acura TLX serviced and I was most satisfied with my visit. I was doubtful about taking it in for the oil change since you always hear about up pricing. But this was not case. Highly recommend Gunn Acura in San Antonio and my Service Consultant Brendan Moura
Accurate appointment with accurate information. Mr. Spencer did a very good job of respecting my work schedule and provided accurate information about what was needed to overcome maintenance issues. He was courteous and professional with every phase of the scheduled vehicle maintenance, repairs and multipoint inspection. Mr Spencer made the visit as pleasant as it could be. Ronald
HORRIBLE Today was the second visit to Gunn Acura service and I promise there will NOT be a third time! Each visit had two simple service items-oil change, replace battery terminal; oil change and state inspection. They allegedly did the oil changes, but now I have little faith they even did that! Never looked at the battery terminal and never did the inspection albeit noted on the service write up!
Excellent Service Timing Belt, Spark Plugs, Water Pump etc. As always, the Gunn Acura Service Dept. did a great job! With this major service, i.e. Timing belt, Water Pump, Spark Plugs, Serpentine Belt and regular service, all was done quickly and professionally. A small hiccup, on the oil change, conventional oil used, instead of the Full Synthetic I've been using for the last several years was made right with a new filter and correct oil. Best Car Buying Experience The whole time from start to finish was two hours, but it helps when you go in knowing what you want. I went to their website first, chose a car, then filled out the box with my info. Got a call within five minutes. I was very impressed with the dealership and the car. I'm very satisfied with my Acura!
