Great Price My daughter had researched new cars for about a month. She liked the reviews and price of the Acura ILX. We didn't have a big selection in Acura dealers in the area. Expeditious for out of town buyer I purchased a preowned RDX through sales consultant Jim Tetter who was very professional throughout the entire process. I was picked up promptly at the airport and completed all the paperwork quickly. The car was ready on time and filled with gas for my trip home. Jim explained the most important features l needed to get me on my way. All in all, I would recommend Gunn Acura to anyone desiring a no hassle car buying experience.
Customer service Great customer service as soon i walked in. They were great in calling me with my problem and explained things to me in detail. The loaner car was great to use. I visited with them and told me a potential problem.
Great experience! Great experience using a new car, will definitely return for my next purchase. This is the first time I haven't had to fight and argue just to get a fair deal on a car. Tony was awesome, answered all our questions and took great care of us. Same with Decature, financing was a breeze. Gunn had a great process setup.
