Will be an Acura customer for life! I've been an Acura customer for over 10 years, and a Gunn Honda customer for several years before that. Their service is always on time and as-promised! I simply would not go anywhere else!
Christian was great and made sure he covered every detail Took car in for service and the experience was amazing. Christian covered every detail and handled the experience first class. The only suggestion is to open up the private work area to customers since I often come during work hours and need a private space to work. Could also replenish snacks since theee was only on package of crackers left.
It was great with no pressure Frank was great thru the total buying experience. Was patient with us in educating us on the new car and helping set it up. Followed up during and after the sale.
Charles Spencer is the tops when it comes to your staff I have other choices in regards to servicing my 2005 Acura TL, some of them less expensive. I keep coming back for the service and more importantly for how Charles Spencer treats me as a customer. Christian in Service Excellent customer service Christian let me know what my car needed, worked with me on a day for a loaner car, was more than pleasant, kept his word, fixed my car and had it ready on time, and made me feel like I had his total attention and care.

Painless car buying experience This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. The hardest part was picking out the color combination for the RDX. Jim was great to deal with. He really knew the product well and was able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Gunn Acura.
