Professional and excellent customer service.! The sales men I was working with was coby and Adam was very understanding with our needs and our wants, he helped us with purchasing a vehicle and now because of him we have an amazing vehicle that we love.

good service The customer service was excellent. Once I pulled on the lot someone came and greeted me. The wait was longer than I anticipated but what I needed done was time consuming. Marty was really nice and knowledgeable.
Everything was fine this time After my past 2 service appointments in 2016 and prior went terribly, I almost traded in my car for another manufacturer, but I love my Acura MDX. friendly, fast and efficient We were impressed with the friendly staff. We needed to get to a doctor's appointment and they expedited the sales process in order to accommodate our schedule. The whole process from the moment we entered the show run and met our salesperson, Josh, the manager and finance manager was fast friendly and efficient. This was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. We love the Car!
Recall I went in for a recall service and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous! The complimentary car wash was an unexpected fine gesture! Marty made it easy for me to navigate what a recall entails.

9 yr customer- great service Usually great service when I take my car for anything. Took car in for oil change and when I picked up car during my lunch hour, they couldn't find my paperwork or my car so I waited for almost 30 minutes. They also forgot to fix my glove box so when I called to complain, Christian was more then apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Charles is also a great service advisor, he's helped me in the past many times! Will request him in the future.
Repairs to be made up my new car I took my car in to have it serviced. After buying a certified used car there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed as well as having tint put on the windows. I had an MDX as a loner so I had everything I needed while they had by car. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the service area for the dealership.
